FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, and directing the existing and new department employees.
- Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that Standard Practice Instructions are consistently applied.
- Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
- Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfactions.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
- Supervise the activities and the service levels of the concierge, telecommunications, and other front desk divisions.
- Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the management of the business performance of the restaurant.
- Leading the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.
- Welcoming guests, seating guests and making them feel comfortable.
- Learning menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
- Taking beverage and food orders.
- Delivering beverages and food in a timely manner.
- Checking-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
- Clearing dirty dishes from table.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
- Delivering guest’s bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as food, tableware, and linens.
