CANCELLATION POLICY

• In the case of reservation only (Unpaid), your reservation will be canceled automatically if the payment is not made by the due date.
• All cancellations must be received by 12.00 p.m. resort local time. Cancellation fees are based on total amount including all taxes and fees as follows: 
  • Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 21-30 days before arrival: 90% refund (10% fee).
  • Cancellation 11-20 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival or no show: No refund.
• Koh Tao Cabana Resort is not liable for failure to arrive or any recreation opportunities made unavailable due to weather, personal plans, cancelled connections or any circumstances beyond our control. 
• In the unlikely event that the resort should need to cancel your reservation, you will be informed immediately. Alternative accommodation of similar standard will be offered. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
